At KICKSOWN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn sneakers back into their original branded shoebox and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
